All Orders will be processed after payment confirmation and stock availability verification. Orders paid on Friday after 2pm (GMT+1) will be processed on the following business day. If any of the ordered items are unavailable, or if we require additional information, the Astratto Group will contact you via the email provided when registering the order.

Attention: To receive the order it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the indicated address. The Astratto Group does not offer a scheduling or appointment service, meaning delivery of the order will be made without prior contact from TNT. During sales/Black Friday/Christmas/stock outs or TNT strikes, we do not guarantee the deadlines mentioned and there may be delays.

 

Shipments to EU countries:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on the country chosen for delivery. Orders will be delivered by TNT within 3-7 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

International orders may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees charged in the destination country (Import Fees). The Astratto Group does not control these costs, nor is it able to make an estimate.
